SberPay, Apple Pay and Google Pay

The fastest way to pay is the one where you never reach for a card. Where it's available, Sales.Travel accepts SberPay and your phone's mobile wallets: instead of typing 16 digits, you confirm the purchase with a fingerprint, your face, or your device passcode.

In short

On the payment page choose SberPay or your phone's wallet if the button is there — it's faster than typing a card, and you confirm with biometrics. Availability depends on your bank, device and region, so the set of buttons can differ. Every paid order appears under My bookings.

01 / What it isWhat paying by wallet means

A mobile wallet keeps your card securely on your phone or in your bank app. When you pay, you don't enter the card number by hand — the device supplies a token and asks you to confirm. SberPay works through the Sber app or service, Apple Pay on Apple devices, and Google Pay on Android. If the method is available, its button appears right on the payment page.

It dependsWhether SberPay and wallets are available depends on your bank, device model and region. If the button isn't there, it's not an order error — just pay by card and the result is the same.

02 / Why it's fasterWhy a wallet beats a card

In practice this saves a few steps: no hunting for the card, no switching to a bank app for a code and back again. It's most noticeable on a phone, where typing the card number is the slowest part of paying.

03 / How to payPaying by wallet, step by step

1

Get to the payment page

Put your order together and tap “Pay” — the secure payment page opens.

2

Choose a wallet or SberPay

If the method is available on your device and with your bank, its button will be among the payment options.

3

Confirm with biometrics

Use a fingerprint, look at the camera or enter your device passcode — the payment goes through without typing a card.

4

Wait for confirmation

Once the payment succeeds, the order appears under My bookings and a confirmation email arrives.

TipAdd your card to SberPay, Apple Pay or Google Pay in your phone settings ahead of time. Then checkout is a single tap.

04 / If it doesn't workNo button, or the payment fails

  • No wallet button. Most often the method simply isn't available for your bank, device or region — pay by card and the order goes through just the same.
  • Biometrics didn't work. Check that a valid card is added to the wallet and try the confirmation again.
  • Payment declined. The reason is usually on the bank's side (a limit, the region, the card's status) — check with your bank or try another payment method.
  • Charged, but no order. Refresh My bookings after a couple of minutes; if the order still hasn't appeared, get in touch with us.
Don't blindly retryIf the order status is unclear, don't tap “Pay” several times in a row — that can lead to a double charge. Check your bookings first, or contact support.

05 / FAQCommon questions about paying by wallet

Why don't I see SberPay or Apple Pay at checkout?

Availability depends on your bank, device and region. If the method isn't offered, pay by card — the result and timing are the same.

Is paying by wallet safer than by card?

With a wallet a token is usually sent instead of the card number, and the operation is confirmed by your device's biometrics. It's convenient and generally secure, though a lot also depends on your phone and bank settings.

Is there a fee for paying by wallet?

Sales.Travel doesn't charge a separate fee for paying by wallet. For your bank's own terms, check with the bank.

Who do I contact if a payment gets stuck?

Check My bookings, message the bot @sales_travel_bot, or call support at 8 800 1000-646.
