User Agreement

1. General Provisions
This User Agreement governs the relationship between the Sales.Travel Administration and the User of the website in connection with the use of the direct travel services marketplace. The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of this Agreement without prior notice to the User. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
2. Terms and Definitions
Sales.Travel — an online platform for searching, listing, and purchasing travel services. User — any individual or legal entity that has obtained access to the Platform. Seller — a User who lists travel service offers. Buyer — a User who purchases travel services through the Platform. Listing — a travel service offer posted by a Seller. Travel Service — tours, hotel and apartment accommodation, car rentals, and other travel-related services.
3. Subject Matter
The Administration provides Users with access to the Platform, enabling them to list travel service offers and enter into transactions directly between participants. The Administration is not a broker, agent, or representative of Sellers. All transactions are concluded directly between Users without the involvement of the Administration. The Administration bears no responsibility for the quality, safety, or conformity of travel services to the Buyer's expectations.
4. Registration and Account
To use the Platform, the User must register by providing a valid email address, a password, and any other required information. Sellers must additionally provide: their full name or company name, contact details, and payment details for receiving funds. The User bears full responsibility for the security of their account credentials and must immediately notify the Administration of any unauthorised access.
5. Listing of Services
The Platform permits the listing of tours, hotel and apartment accommodation, car rentals, and other travel services. A listing must include: an accurate description of the service, genuine photographs, the current price, terms of service provision, and the Seller's contact details. The following are prohibited: posting knowingly false information, infringing third-party rights, offering prohibited goods and services, fraud, and spam. The Seller is obliged to provide accurate information and to honour all commitments made in connection with completed transactions.
6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties
The Administration is entitled to: modify the Platform's functionality, remove content that violates the Agreement, and disclose User data upon request by law enforcement authorities. The Administration is obliged to: maintain the operability of the Platform and take measures to protect Users' personal data. Users are entitled to: list travel service offers, communicate with other Platform participants, and leave reviews about services received. Users are obliged to: comply with the terms of this Agreement, and not to infringe third-party rights or applicable law of the Russian Federation.
7. Review System
Users may leave reviews about travel services received upon completion of a transaction. Reviews must be relevant to the service, free of offensive language and profanity, and based on the User's personal experience. The Administration bears no responsibility for the content of reviews but reserves the right to remove reviews that violate the terms of the Agreement.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
The Administration collects the following data: email address, name, contact details, listing and transaction history, Platform correspondence, and activity data. Data are used for: operating the Platform, communicating with Users, and improving service quality. The Administration applies modern personal data protection methods and does not transfer data to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by Russian legislation.
9. Direct Communication Between Users
The Administration does not participate in negotiations or correspondence between Platform Users. All agreements on transactions and payment terms are made directly between the Seller and the Buyer. Recommendations for Users: carefully verify information about services and counterparties, use secure payment methods, and document all agreements before completing a transaction.
10. Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and bears no liability for: — the actions of third parties, including other Users; — the outcomes of transactions concluded between Users; — lost profits or data loss; — the conformity of services to the Buyer's expectations. The User is responsible for the accuracy of the information posted and for the proper fulfilment of accepted obligations.
11. Intellectual Property
All Platform content (texts, graphics, logos, source code) is the property of its creators or the Sales.Travel Administration. Copying, reproduction, and distribution of any materials without the written permission of the rights holder is prohibited. By posting content on the Platform, the User grants the Administration a non-exclusive licence to use such content for the purposes of operating and developing the Platform.
12. Account Suspension and Deletion
The Administration is entitled to suspend a User's account without prior notice in the following cases: — violation of the terms of this Agreement; — posting of prohibited content; — identified instances of fraud; — receipt of repeated complaints from other Users. The User may delete their account at any time by contacting support: support@sales.travel
13. Dispute Resolution
All disputes are resolved through negotiation between Users. Where agreement cannot be reached, the dispute shall be resolved in accordance with Russian legislation. The Administration is prepared to act as a mediator in resolving conflicts between Users, but bears no legal liability for the outcome of any dispute. 14. Final Provisions
This Agreement enters into force upon the User's registration on the Platform and remains in effect indefinitely. The Administration reserves the right to amend the terms of the Agreement. The new version is published on the Platform and enters into force 14 days after publication. Continued use of the Platform following the entry into force of any amendments constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Agreement.
15. Ordering and Payment
An order is placed on the Platform: the User selects a service (tour, hotel, flight, transfer or other), specifies dates and guests and submits a request or booking. Prices are shown in the interface at supplier live rates before the order is confirmed; the service period is stated in the order details (travel dates or service dates). Payment is made from the User's account balance on the Platform. The balance can be topped up: (a) online by bank card or SBP via T-Bank acquiring; (b) by bank transfer against an issued invoice (PDF with payment QR). Individuals are settled by Sole proprietor Roman V. Vasilyev (INN 100107301613); organizations — by LLC «GPS» (INN 7804706310, VAT included). Funds are debited only after the booking is confirmed; until then the entire balance remains at the User's disposal. Services are provided electronically; no physical delivery is involved. Confirmation documents (vouchers, tickets, receipts) are delivered to the User's e-mail and to the Platform account.
16. Refunds and Claims
If a booking is cancelled before confirmation, the reserved amount is released to the account balance in full. Refunds for confirmed bookings are made under the supplier's tariff rules communicated before payment; the unused balance of the personal account is refundable at any time upon the User's request using the original payment method. Details: sales.travel/refund. Claims are accepted at support@sales.travel or by mail to the Operator's address (section 17). Claims are considered within 10 business days; the response is sent to the User's e-mail. If the dispute is not settled, it is referred to the court under the law of the Russian Federation (section 13).
