The Faster Payments System is a service for instant transfers between bank accounts, supported by most Russian banks. Instead of card details, you pay directly from your account, confirming the transaction in your own banking app. For a traveller, this means two things: the payment clears in seconds, and it doesn't depend on whether your card is set up for online payments.

Choose SBP at checkout
On the booking payment page, select "SBP QR code" instead of entering a card.
Open your banking app
A QR code appears on the screen. Open your banking app and go to its QR-payment or scanner feature.
Scan the QR code
Point the camera at the code. If you're paying from the same phone, tap the QR — most banks pick it up automatically.
Check the amount and the payee
Verify the amount and the payee Sales.Travel, then confirm the payment in your banking app.
Wait for confirmation
Within a few seconds, the booking status updates. A confirmation arrives by e-mail, and the payment appears under My bookings.
04 / If something's offWhen the payment won't go through
- The QR won't scan — raise your screen brightness or refresh the payment page to get a fresh code.
- Your bank isn't listed — SBP works with most banks but not every one; try another of your banks or a different payment method.
- Charged, but the status hasn't changed — wait a couple of minutes and refresh My bookings; SBP funds settle instantly, but the status display may lag a little.
- Not sure the payment went through — don't pay twice; message @sales_travel_bot or call support, and we'll check the payment for you.
