Logging in with Telegram

One tap and you're in. Signing in with Telegram swaps a login and password for the trust you already place in your personal messenger account: nothing to remember, nothing to lose, nothing to type on someone else's keyboard.

In short

On /login or /register, tap “Log in with Telegram” — the official @sales_travel_bot opens and sends a “Finish login” button. One tap later you land in your account. No password, no phone number; on a new device, just repeat the same step.

01 / How it worksWhat happens when you log in

The “Log in with Telegram” button isn't a form or a password pop-up — it's a deep link in the form t.me/sales_travel_bot?start=auth. It opens the official Sales.Travel bot right inside your Telegram app, where you're already signed in to your personal account. The bot recognises you and sends a single button — “Finish login”.

1

Open /login or /register

Tap the “Log in with Telegram” button. The site hands you over to the messenger.

2

@sales_travel_bot opens

This is the official Sales.Travel bot. If you're opening it for the first time, tap “Start”.

3

Tap “Finish login”

The bot sends a confirmation button. A single tap and your session is open.

4

You're in /account

The site takes you straight to your account — no password to enter.

Only the official botConfirm the login only in @sales_travel_bot. Telegram shows the bot's username — double-check it before you tap “Finish login”. Sales.Travel will never ask for your Telegram password or an SMS code.

02 / Why it's secureSecurity without a password

The login is confirmed through your personal Telegram account — the one already protected by your device, the messenger's passcode and, in most cases, two-step verification. And because there's no site password at all, there's nothing that can be guessed, leaked in a database breach or phished on a fake page.

Tip: harden Telegram itselfSince your messenger account is now your login key, turn on two-step verification in Telegram (Settings → Privacy and Security) and add an app passcode. That way, even a lost phone won't hand your account to a stranger.

03 / Multiple devicesLogging in on phone, laptop and tablet

Sessions on different devices are independent. When you open Sales.Travel on a new device — another browser, a work computer or a tablet — just repeat the same step: “Log in with Telegram” → “Finish login”. This doesn't sign you out anywhere else.

  • On a computer without the Telegram app — the deep link opens Telegram Web or prompts you to install the desktop client; confirm the login there.
  • A device that isn't yours — only log in if you trust it, and remember to sign out when you're done.
  • Switched phones — just restore Telegram on the new device; your link to Sales.Travel is tied to the messenger account, not to a particular device.
Bot didn't open?If nothing happens after you tap the button, you probably don't have Telegram installed or your browser blocked the redirect. Install the messenger, or open t.me/sales_travel_bot manually and send the bot the /start command. If the “Finish login” button still doesn't arrive, message the bot again or call support at 8 800 1000-646.

04 / FAQFrequently asked

Do I need a password if I log in with Telegram?

No. With Telegram login, no password is ever created or requested — your key is the confirmation inside @sales_travel_bot. A password leak simply can't happen, because there's no password to begin with.

Will Sales.Travel see my phone number?

No. Telegram login doesn't ask for your phone number. If you later choose to verify a phone separately, that's optional and done through the bot in your account settings — see “Phone verification”.

I registered by e-mail. Can I switch to Telegram login later?

Usually yes: use the same button on /login. If your account doesn't link to your Telegram automatically, contact support and our team will help merge the two sign-in methods.

What if I changed my phone or lost access to Telegram?

Restore your Telegram account on the new device as usual — your link to Sales.Travel stays in place. If you've lost the messenger entirely, call support at 8 800 1000-646 and we'll find a safe way to get you back in.
