Open My trips — it lists every booking with its status, dates and amount. From each card you can download a voucher or boarding pass (PDF), open the details, and move on to managing the order: online check-in, changes or cancellation. The list filters by status and dates.

Every booking has a status that shows which stage the order is at. The exact wording depends on the service type and the supplier, but the logic is the same:
03 / DocumentsVouchers, boarding passes and other documents
From a confirmed booking card you can download documents as PDF: a hotel or tour voucher, a flight itinerary receipt, and, after online check-in, a boarding pass. Save the files to your phone ahead of time — connectivity on the road isn't always reliable.
Open My trips
Go to /account/bookings and find the booking you need in the list.
Open the details
Tap the card to expand the order contents, dates and travellers.
Download the PDF
Choose the voucher or boarding pass — the file opens or saves to your device.
04 / ManageManaging a booking: check-in, changes, cancellation
From a booking card you can move on to managing the order. Depending on the service type and the fare rules, different actions may be available:
- Online check-in for a flight — it usually opens around a day before departure.
- Changes to the date, name or party — subject to the fare rules, sometimes with a fee.
- Cancellation and refund — the amount depends on the supplier's and the fare's conditions.

If you have a lot of trips, use the filters in My trips: narrow your bookings down by status (say, only confirmed or upcoming) and by dates to quickly find your next trip or an older order you need documents from.

I paid, but the order isn't in the list. What should I do?
First, make sure you signed in with the same e-mail you used at checkout. If the order still doesn't appear, message us in chat or call 8 800 1000-646 — we'll find the booking by its number or e-mail and link it to your profile.
Are completed trips kept?
Yes. Completed bookings stay in your history — you can open the details and download a voucher or itinerary receipt at any time, for example for expense reports or a tax refund.
How do I download a boarding pass?
The boarding pass appears in the booking card once you've completed online check-in, which usually opens around a day before departure. Open the booking, check in, and download the pass as PDF.
Can I view my orders in Telegram?
Managing orders and downloading documents happen in your account on the website. The @sales_travel_bot bot helps you sign in and confirm your contacts, and from there you head to My trips.
