How to change your email or phone

Switched your email or phone and worried an important booking email might slip past you? At Sales.Travel changing contacts works so that you don't miss anything: the new details take effect only after confirmation, and until then every notification keeps arriving at your old address and number.

In short

Open your profile settings, enter the new email or phone, and confirm it: email via the link we send, phone via the @sales_travel_bot bot using the «Share contact» button. Until confirmation is complete, emails and messages about your orders go to the old contact. Support: 8 800 1000-646.

01 / WhereWhere your contact details live

Both your email and phone live in one place — your profile settings. These are the contacts that receive booking confirmations, vouchers, login codes, and service messages. You can change them at any time, independently of each other: updating your email does not affect your phone, and vice versa.

Why confirmation mattersConfirmation protects you from typos and other people's mistakes: if a stray character slips into the new address, the confirmation email simply won't arrive — and your old contact stays active. Your account is never left without a working contact.

Open your profile

Go to your profile settings and find the field with your current email.

Enter the new address

Enter the new email and save the change. Double-check the spelling — especially the domain after the @ sign.

Open the email

A confirmation link will arrive at the new address. Follow it to activate the email.

Done

Once you follow the link, the new address becomes your primary one and starts receiving all notifications.

The email didn't arriveWait a few minutes and check your Spam folder. If it's still missing, the address may contain a typo — go back to your profile and re-enter it. See also «Email isn't arriving».

03 / PhoneChanging your phone via the Telegram bot

Your number is confirmed not by SMS but through our bot, @sales_travel_bot. It's free and convenient: Telegram itself sends the number tied to your account, so you can't substitute someone else's contact. Once you've entered the new number in your profile, open the bot and tap «Share contact».

  1. 01In your profile settings, enter the new number and save.
  2. 02Open the @sales_travel_bot bot in Telegram and start the chat.
  3. 03Tap the «Share contact» button — the bot will check the number against the one in your profile.
  4. 04If the numbers match, your phone is confirmed and becomes your primary contact.
TipUse the same number in your profile that's tied to your Telegram account — otherwise «Share contact» will send a different number and confirmation won't go through. More on this in «Phone verification».

04 / MeanwhileWhere notifications go before confirmation

The key rule: until the new contact is confirmed, the system keeps using the old one. That means a booking email or a login code goes exactly where it went before. This way you're never cut off if the new address has a typo or you haven't confirmed the number yet.

Can I change my email and phone at the same time?

Yes. These are two independent processes: you confirm the new email via the link, and the phone via the bot. They don't interfere with each other, and the old contact stays active for each until it's confirmed.

How long is the email confirmation link valid?

The link is valid for a limited time. If it stops working, just return to your profile and save the address again — a fresh email will be sent.

I don't have Telegram — how do I confirm my phone?

Phone confirmation works through the @sales_travel_bot bot, so Telegram is required. If you can't install it, contact support at 8 800 1000-646 and we'll suggest some options.

Will my bookings change after I update my contacts?

No. Contact details belong to your account, not to individual orders. All your bookings stay intact — only the address and number that receive notifications change.
