How to become a partner and commissions

IPIgor PetrovUpdated 21 June 20267 min read8 060 read

The Sales.Travel partner programme means 3—9% commission on every sale, access to the API and white label, marketing materials and agent training. You can onboard in a day — with no minimum turnover to start.

In short

Travel agencies, bloggers and independent agents can join. Commission is 3—9% depending on the product (flights lower, hotels and tours higher). Payouts are weekly or after the service is delivered. API, white label, sub-agents and certification are available. Apply on the partners page; review usually takes 1—3 business days.

01 / WhoWho can join

The programme is open to both companies and individuals. The collaboration format is tailored to your type of business:

  • Travel agencies — full back office, sub-agents, white label, export to your CRM.
  • Bloggers and media — referral links, promo codes, ready widgets and banners.
  • Independent agents — a personal account, training, payouts to a card or sole-trader account.

02 / CommissionCommission rates by product

Commission depends on the product: airlines’ margins are thin, so flight rates are lower, while hotels and tours pay more. Exact rates are fixed in the agreement:

ProductCommissionPayout
Flights3—4%Weekly
Hotels6—9%After check-in
Tours & cruises7—9%After tour start
Insurance8—9%Weekly
Transfers, cars5—7%After service
The rate grows with turnoverThe base percentages are for new partners. As turnover grows, the rate rises to the top of the range, and for large agencies we agree on individual terms.

03 / PayoutsPayout timelines

When you receive the commission depends on the product. For flights and insurance, payouts run weekly; for hotels and tours, after the service is actually delivered (check-in, tour start), once the cancellation risk is gone.

  • Payouts — to a sole-trader, company account or card, in roubles; closing documents for companies.
  • Minimum payout is small; the remainder rolls over to the next period.
  • Reports and balance — in the account in real time, broken down per booking.
Refunds and commissionIf a client cancels before the service is delivered, the commission isn’t accrued or is clawed back. That’s why hotel and tour payouts are tied to the actual check-in, not the moment of payment.

04 / ToolsAPI, white label and materials

Partners get the full technical and marketing stack — from ready banners to a complete integration into your own site under your own brand.

  • API — search and booking of flights, hotels and tours directly inside your system.
  • White label — the Sales.Travel storefront on your domain, with your logo and colours.
  • Marketing materials — banners, search widgets, promo codes, content for social media.
  • Sub-agents — onboard your own agents under you and split the commission within the network.
Training and certificationThere’s a course and certification for agents: webinars on products, visas and booking. Certified agents get priority support and access to closed rates.

06 / FAQFrequently asked

Is there a joining fee?

No. Onboarding, the account, the API and materials are free. We earn together with you — from the sales commission.

Do I need to be a company?

Not necessarily. Individual agents and bloggers work under an offer agreement with payouts to a card. Companies and sole traders get closing documents.

When do I get my first payout?

For flights and insurance — in the next weekly cycle. For hotels and tours — after the client checks in or the tour starts, once the cancellation risk is gone.

Can I bring my own sub-agents?

Yes. In the agency account you add agents beneath you, see their sales and split the commission within your network.
