White label: a storefront under your own brand

ISIgor SedovUpdated 14 May 20266 min read7 480 read

Your brand, our booking engine. White label by Sales.Travel is a ready-made sales storefront on your own domain, with your logo and colours, powered by our technology platform and our inventory of flights, hotels and tours. You earn sales and commission without building anything yourself.

In short

You get a booking storefront under your own brand (domain, logo, colours), running on our platform and inventory. Onboarding and customisation are arranged by contract. If you're just exploring, start from your account with a partnership request — our team will help you choose the right model.

01 / What it isWhat white label means

White label is our product under your name. Customers see your brand's website: your domain, your visual identity, your contacts. Under the hood runs the same Sales.Travel platform — search, pricing, checkout and payment — and the same inventory of flights, hotels and tours. You don't need to hire developers, sign direct supplier contracts or build payment processing — it's all already in place.

How it differs from a referral linkA referral programme brings the customer to our site under our brand. White label, by contrast, keeps the customer inside your brand — they don't see that the storefront runs on a third-party platform. These are different models — see the section on who it suits.

02 / What's includedWhat the solution includes

  • Your own domain. The storefront opens at your address (e.g. booking.yourbrand.com) — we handle the domain and SSL setup.
  • Logo and colours. The header, accent colours, icons and footer are styled to your brand identity.
  • Our inventory. Flights, hotels and tours — the same as on the main platform, with live pricing and availability.
  • Checkout and payment. Search, cart, booking and payment acceptance work out of the box.
  • Commission. You earn on sales; rates and payout terms are set in the contract.
No development on your sideThe main advantage is speed. Instead of spending months on your own booking site, you launch a ready storefront under your brand and start selling right away. Platform maintenance, updates and inventory stay on our side.

03 / Who it suitsWho white label suits

ModelWhose brand the customer seesOwn development needed
Referral linkSales.TravelNo
Partner APIYours (you build the interface)Yes
White labelYours (storefront ready-made)No

White label is typically chosen by travel agencies, bloggers and media with an audience, corporate travel services and franchises — those who have a brand and traffic but no appetite to build and maintain a booking system of their own. If you need full freedom over the interface, look at the partner API instead.

04 / How to get startedHow to launch your storefront

1

Submit a partnership request

Register and apply from your account, or message us — tell us about your brand, audience and expected volume.

2

Agree on the model and contract

A manager will suggest white label or another model and discuss commission and terms. Onboarding and customisation are arranged by contract.

3

Hand over your brand assets

Send us your domain (or subdomain), logo and brand colours, and we'll set the storefront up in your style.

4

Launch and sell

After review, the storefront goes live on your domain. Bookings and commission appear in your account; payouts follow the contract terms.

Timelines and terms are individualLaunch time, commission rate and the available inventory depend on the model and volume and are fixed in the contract. Don't rely on generic figures from open sources — confirm the exact terms with your manager.

05 / FAQFrequently asked questions

Will customers see that the site runs on Sales.Travel?

No. The storefront is styled to your brand — domain, logo, colours and contacts are yours. The technology platform stays under the hood and isn't visible to customers.

How much does onboarding cost?

The cost of onboarding and customisation, along with the commission rate, are set in the contract and depend on the model and volume. Specific figures are discussed with a manager — call 8 800 1000-646 or message @sales_travel_bot.

How is white label different from the partner API?

White label is a ready-made storefront that we set up for your brand. The partner API gives access to data and booking, but you build the interface yourself. White label is faster; the API is more flexible.

How do I track sales and commission?

Bookings and accrued commission appear in your partner account. The order and timing of payouts are set in the contract.
