Forgot your password? No problem. Sales.Travel has two ways in: the classic password reset via an email link, and a quick Telegram sign-in with no password at all. Both take under a minute.
On the sign-in page click “Forgot password”, enter your email — you’ll get a link valid for 60 minutes. Didn’t arrive — check “Spam”, wait ~15 min and confirm the address is correct. The alternative is the “Sign in with Telegram” button: the bot @sales_travel_bot confirms the sign-in with a single tap.
01 / ResetReset by an email link
This is the main method if you registered by email. The link is single-use and lasts 60 minutes — set a new password within that window.
Open “Forgot password”
On the sign-in page, under the password field, click “Forgot password”. Enter the email your account is registered to.

The “Password recovery” email arrives within a minute. Click the button in it — a page to set a new password opens.
Set a new password
At least 8 characters, ideally with a digit and a capital letter. Don’t reuse a password from other sites.
Sign in with the new password
After saving you’re sent to the sign-in screen. The old link stops working immediately — that’s expected.
02 / TelegramSign in with Telegram
If you’d rather skip the password, sign in via Telegram. Click “Sign in with Telegram” on the sign-in page: the bot @sales_travel_bot opens with an invite link.

03 / No emailThe email didn’t arrive
In 90% of cases the email simply landed in “Spam” or “Promotions”, or the address had a typo. Run through the list:
- 01Check the “Spam” and “Promotions” folders — sender no-reply@sales.travel.
- 02Wait ~15 minutes — mail servers sometimes delay delivery.
- 03Make sure you enter the correct address — the one the account is registered to, with no typos.
- 04Request the email again — frequent repeat requests may be temporarily throttled by anti-spam.
04 / LockoutAccount temporarily locked
After several failed sign-in attempts, access is temporarily locked — this protects against password guessing. The lock lifts automatically, usually in 15—30 minutes.
- Don’t keep retrying the same password — each attempt extends the pause.
- Do a reset via the email link — that lifts the lock immediately and sets a new password.
- Or sign in with Telegram — that path isn’t affected by the password lock.
05 / Change and 2FAChanging the password and 2FA
Once you’re signed in, the password is changed in profile settings with no email at all. For extra protection, enable two-factor authentication (2FA).

How long is the reset link valid?
60 minutes. After that, request a new one — the old link stops working for security.
Do I need to enter a phone when signing in via Telegram?
No. Telegram sign-in works through a deep-link to the bot and the “Complete sign-in” button — no phone prompt.
I set a new password but it doesn’t work
Check that Caps Lock is off and there are no stray spaces. If you’re sure of the password, reset again — you may have opened an old link.
Can I have both a password and Telegram sign-in?
Yes. They’re two ways into the same account. Link Telegram in security settings to always have a backup path.
