Publishing listings as a partner

ISIgor SedovUpdated 14 May 20266 min read8 470 read

Your item reaches the Sales.Travel catalogue not when you press «Publish», but when it has passed review. Grasp that distinction and you understand almost everything about listing.

In short

A partner adds listings — property, cars or tours — under /partner/listings. Each one goes through pre-moderation: once approved it appears in the public catalogue, while statuses and edits live in your partner account. Below: what you can list, how to fill in the card, what moderation checks and how to read the statuses.

01 / WhatWhat you can list

The /partner/listings section supports three listing types. Each type has its own card with the relevant fields, and that determines which part of the catalogue the item lands in once approved.

TypeWhat it isKey fields
PropertyFor rent or sale: apartments, villas, suitesAddress, area, bedrooms, price, photos
CarsRental and transfers: cars, premium, minivansMake, class, transmission, rate, location
ToursCurated routes and packaged programmesItinerary, duration, what's included, price
Partner status comes firstThe listing section is available to confirmed partners. If you're not connected yet, start with an application — see «How to become a partner». It's usually worth verifying your phone via the @sales_travel_bot bot, too.

02 / HowHow to create a listing

1

Open the listing section

Sign in to your account and open /partner/listings. Click «Add listing» and choose a type: property, car or tour.

2

Fill in the card

Enter the title, description, price and specs. The more accurate the details, the better your chances of passing moderation on the first attempt.

3

Add photos

Upload your own good-quality photos — no third-party watermarks or contact details on the image. The first photo becomes the catalogue cover.

4

Submit for review

Save and submit the listing. It moves to the «In review» status and goes to the Sales.Travel team for pre-moderation.

Tip for faster approvalQuote the real price and exact location, add 5–8 photos and an honest description without exaggeration. Listings with a complete card usually clear review noticeably faster than one-line drafts.

03 / ReviewWhat pre-moderation checks

Pre-moderation is a manual check before publication. Its purpose is to keep duplicates, misleading prices and other people's content out of the catalogue. As a rule, moderators look at the following:

  • Accuracy — the item is real and the details are internally consistent.
  • Photos — your own, without third-party logos, phone numbers or watermarks.
  • Price — stated correctly and consistent with the description.
  • Contacts in the text — direct phone numbers and links inside the description are generally not allowed.
If a listing is rejectedA rejection isn't a ban. The account shows the reason: fix the card and resubmit. If the reason is unclear, message support or call 8 800 1000-646 — we'll point out what to adjust.

04 / StatusesStatuses and management

Every listing and its state is visible in your partner account. The status shows which stage the card is at and whether buyers can see it.

StatusWhat it means
DraftSaved but not yet submitted for review.
In reviewAwaiting pre-moderation; not visible in the catalogue yet.
PublishedApproved and shown in the public catalogue.
RejectedDid not pass review; a reason is shown and you can fix it.

A published listing can be edited or unpublished at any time. Substantial changes — a new price or new photos, say — may send the card back for a short re-check, which is normal.

05 / FAQFrequently asked

How long does pre-moderation take?

Timing depends on the queue and how complete the card is. Listings with a detailed description and good photos are usually reviewed faster. The current status is always shown in your account.

How many listings can I publish?

As a rule there's no hard cap — add as many items as you can genuinely service. Each one is reviewed separately.

Can I promote a listing higher in the catalogue?

Paid promotion is a separate service. Its terms and billing are covered in «Promotion billing»; it doesn't affect ordinary publication.

Where do I see bookings and enquiries for a listing?

Activity for your items is gathered in your partner account and on the partner dashboard. For disputes, contact support or call 8 800 1000-646.
