The partner dashboard

ISIgor SedovUpdated 14 May 20266 min read8 470 read

One screen for everything you do with Sales.Travel. Once your application is approved, you get a dashboard that pulls it all together: sales and commissions, customer orders, payouts, listings, ad slots, referral links and documents.

In short

The dashboard unlocks after your partner application is approved. Inside you'll find sales and commission stats, orders with their statuses, your listings, payouts, ad slots, referral links and documents. You sign in with your usual Sales.Travel account.

01 / AccessHow to open the partner dashboard

The partner section appears in your account only after your partnership application has been approved. Until then you use the site as a regular customer. Once the application clears moderation, a partner menu opens inside your account — no separate sign-up needed.

Not a partner yet?If you don't see the dashboard, your application is still under review or hasn't been submitted yet. You can apply on the partnership page, and access opens automatically once it's approved.

03 / The numbersStats, orders and payouts

Statistics shows sales and accrued commissions for the period you select. Orders are the individual bookings made by your customers — each with its own status, from placed through to completed or cancelled. Payouts roll your accruals into amounts due and keep a record of past transfers.

  • Order status tells you whether the commission has been accrued and is ready to go into a payout.
  • Cancelled and refunded orders generally don't earn commission — that's normal.
  • Rates and payout mechanics are covered in separate articles on commissions and payouts.

04 / GrowingListings, promotion and referral links

1

Publish your listings

Add your offers in the Listings section; they go through moderation before they appear publicly.

2

Set up promotion

Order ad slots to raise the visibility of your listings, and keep an eye on their status.

3

Share your links

Take your personal referral links and use them across your own channels — the clicks are attributed to you.

TipKeep your payout and contact details up to date in the dashboard — it helps payouts and paperwork go through faster. When a charge looks off, quoting the exact order number makes it easier to sort out.

05 / DocumentsReporting and support

The Documents section gathers invoices, acts and reporting files for your payouts — ready to download for your accounting. If something doesn't add up or a section won't open, reach support via @sales_travel_bot or call 8 800 1000-646.

06 / FAQFrequently asked

Why don't I see the partner dashboard?

Most likely your partnership application is still under review or hasn't been submitted yet. Access opens automatically once it clears moderation — no separate sign-up needed.

Do I need a separate login for the partner dashboard?

No. You sign in with your usual Sales.Travel account — the partner menu appears inside that same account.

Where can I see whether a commission has been accrued for an order?

In the Orders section, by the booking status; the totals are summarised in Statistics and Payouts. Cancelled orders usually don't earn commission.

How do I get an invoice or act for a payout?

Download them from the Documents section. If a file is missing, contact support via @sales_travel_bot or call 8 800 1000-646.
