Paperwork isn't a hurdle — it's the foundation of trust. To start selling with Sales.Travel, a partner needs a contract and verified details. Everything else your manager will set up together with you during onboarding.
Onboarding requires a contract and the details of a company, sole trader or self-employed person. Individual agents can work on separate terms. Closing documents are exchanged at the end of each period. Apply from your account page — your manager will confirm the specifics.
01 / WhoWhat legal status you can work under
Sales.Travel works with partners in several legal forms. Your status determines which details you provide and how we exchange closing documents. If you're still an individual agent, that's no reason to put off applying — separate terms are available for such cases.
02 / DocumentsWhat to prepare in advance
To get onboarded in a single pass, gather the basic set of documents before you speak with your manager. The exact list depends on your status, but most items are the same for everyone.
- Company details sheet — name, tax ID, bank account and routing code.
- Registration certificate or registry extract (for companies and sole traders).
- Contact details of the responsible person — phone and e-mail for paperwork.
- Payout details, if they differ from your main bank account.
03 / HowHow onboarding works
Submit a request
Register and flag your interest in partnering from your account, or message @sales_travel_bot.
A manager gets in touch
They'll confirm your status, volume and applicable terms — it's the manager who pins down the specifics for your case.
Sign the contract
We draft the contract from your details; you can sign it via electronic document flow or on paper.
Get access
Once it's signed, you get working access to partner features and payouts.
04 / ReportingClosing documents for each period
Closing documents are exchanged at the end of each period, not for every booking. When a period closes, we reconcile turnover and prepare the statement of work and invoice, and you confirm the figures on your side. The format depends on status: a statement of work for companies and sole traders, a receipt for the self-employed.
05 / FAQFrequently asked questions
Can I work as an individual without registering as a sole trader?
Yes — working with individual agents is possible on separate terms. Your manager confirms what those terms include and how payouts work during onboarding.
How often do we exchange documents?
At the end of each period: we prepare the statement of work and invoice, and you confirm the turnover. The exact cadence is set out in the contract.
How long does onboarding take?
As a rule, when your details are ready, the contract goes out for signing the same or next business day. Check the exact timing with your manager.
Who do I contact if I still have questions?
