For loyal clients we keep a separate door open. Sales.Travel Club is a private area of your account where a real person looks after your trip — not a contact form. There are two tiers: the free Private Office with a personal manager, and the paid Concierge with round-the-clock support and upgrades.

The club lives at /account/club. Private Office is free, by request: a personal manager and members-only offers. Concierge (gold) is a paid membership of around 19,999 ₽ a year: a 24/7 concierge, priority support and upgrades. Both tiers earn bonuses for trips and for friends you invite; you can track them in your order history.

Club is a loyalty programme for people who travel with us regularly. Instead of impersonal support you get a dedicated specialist who knows your preferences: your favourite airlines, hotel classes and usual routes. The higher the tier, the faster the reply and the deeper the service — right down to sorting things out while you are already on the road.

In the account menu, open Sales.Travel Club and compare the tiers.

Request Private Office

Fill in a short request — it is free and no invoice is issued. A manager will get in touch and be assigned to your orders.

Upgrade to Concierge if you wish

To get the 24/7 concierge and priority, choose the Concierge tier — an invoice for the annual membership is issued for it.

Confirm your phone in advanceSo your manager can reach you quickly, confirm your number via @sales_travel_bot. This speeds up your application and any urgent questions during the trip.

04 / BonusesBonuses for trips and friends

The bonus mechanics work on both tiers. Bonuses are credited for completed trips and for invited friends who place their first order with us. For the exact earning rules and your current balance, check with your manager and in the club section — the programme is evolving and the rules are updated from time to time.

Membership is not your bonus balanceThe annual Concierge membership is a fee for the service, not a top-up of your bonus balance. Trip and referral bonuses are credited separately and do not offset the membership cost.

How much does it cost to join?

The Private Office tier is free and is set up by request, with no invoice. The Concierge tier is a paid annual membership of roughly 19,999 ₽ a year; you will see the current amount in the club section before you pay.

Can I move from Private Office to Concierge?

Yes. Open /account/club and choose Concierge — an invoice for the annual membership is issued. Your personal manager and order history carry over.

How do I invite a friend and earn a bonus?

Share your referral link from your account — once your friend places their first order, you receive a bonus. Details are with your manager and in the club section.

Who do I contact about the club?

Message your personal manager in your account, or call support on 8 800 1000-646. For Concierge members, urgent matters are handled around the clock.
