Confirmation email or code isn't arriving

More often than not, the email is already with you — just not where you're looking. The confirmation code usually sits in Spam or the Promotions tab rather than vanishing for good. Below is a calm checklist that takes a couple of minutes.

In short

Wait 3–5 minutes, check your Spam and Promotions folders, make sure there's no typo in the address, and add the sender from the sales.travel domain to your contacts. If it still hasn't arrived, sign in via the Telegram bot @sales_travel_bot or contact support from your account.

01 / WaitFirst, just wait

Code emails usually arrive within seconds, but during peak load on the mail providers' side, delivery can occasionally take up to 3–5 minutes. Don't request a new code right away: each new request invalidates the previous one, and it's easy to lose track of which email is current. Give it a minute or two and refresh your inbox.

Code expiryOne-time codes are valid for a limited window. If you find the email after 10–15 minutes, the code may have already expired — just request a fresh one and enter it straight away.

02 / FoldersCheck Spam and Promotions

Most often the email has simply been filtered out. Check these folders, and if you find the message in Spam, mark it as «Not spam» so future emails land in your Inbox.

Where to lookWhy it ends up there
Spam / JunkThe auto-filter flagged the message — the most common cause
Promotions (Gmail)Service emails sometimes land in the marketing tab
Archive / All mailA sorting rule moved the email past the Inbox
TrashThe email was deleted manually or by a filter

03 / AddressCheck the address and whitelist the sender

1

Re-read the address letter by letter

A single-character typo (gmial instead of gmail, an extra dot, .ru instead of .com) sends the email nowhere. The code screen usually shows the address partly masked — check the beginning and the domain.

2

Add the sender to your contacts

Emails come from the sales.travel domain. Add the sender to your address book or safe-senders list so future messages go to your Inbox.

3

Fix the address if it's wrong

Spotted a typo in your profile? Update the e-mail in your account and request the email again to the correct address.

Corporate mailboxesCorporate mail servers tend to filter external messages more aggressively, so the code may not get through. If you used a work address and see nothing, try a personal mailbox or sign in via Telegram instead.

04 / TelegramSkip email — use Telegram

If the email stubbornly won't arrive, you don't have to wait for it. On Sales.Travel you can sign in and confirm your account through the Telegram bot @sales_travel_bot: it's faster than email and unaffected by spam filters. Tap «Sign in with Telegram» on the login page and confirm in the bot.

  • Confirmation arrives in the chat right away — no Spam folder involved.
  • Handy when corporate mail blocks external messages.
  • The same method lets you verify your phone number in the account.

05 / SupportIf nothing helped

Worked through every step and still no email? Contact support — we'll check the send status and help confirm your account if needed. Have the address you used and the rough time of your sign-up or booking ready.

How to reach usCall 8 800 100-06-46 (free within Russia) or write to support@sales.travel. A request from your account is handled fastest — we can see your profile right away.

06 / FAQFrequently asked

How long should I wait for the code email?

Usually a few seconds, but under load up to 3–5 minutes. If it hasn't arrived by then, check Spam and Promotions.

I requested the code several times — which one do I use?

Only the most recent one: each new request invalidates the earlier codes. It's easiest to request a fresh code and enter it immediately.

Which address do Sales.Travel emails come from?

From the sales.travel domain. Add the sender to your contacts so messages don't get filtered as spam.

Can I avoid email entirely?

Yes. You can sign in and confirm your account via the Telegram bot @sales_travel_bot — it doesn't depend on mail filters.
