Most package tours already include the airport-to-hotel transfer and the return leg in the price. But that isn't always the case — some fares are "flight + hotel only" with no ground transport. So the first thing to do is open your voucher and look for the transfer line: it states the type and, often, the local provider's phone number.

The return-transfer time is usually confirmed the day before departure — via the hotel's info desk, a message, or a call from the local provider. The car is scheduled early to allow for the drive and check-in, so the pickup time can feel early. That's normal: better to wait at the airport than to miss your flight.
- The day before departure, confirm the time at the hotel desk if no one has told you.
- Be in the lobby 10–15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.

The local provider usually tracks flight arrivals and adjusts. If you still miss your group, call the voucher number or our support at 8 800 1000-646, and they'll help arrange the next vehicle.
Can I switch from a group to a private transfer after booking?
Usually yes, for a surcharge and subject to availability. Message us from your account or via @sales_travel_bot in advance — last-minute changes on travel day are harder.
Will the transfer drop me right at the hotel door?
A private transfer drops you at your hotel's entrance. A group transfer stops at each hotel along the route, though occasionally at a shared point in the resort area — check the exact drop-off in your voucher.
Is a child seat included?
Not always — it depends on the country and the carrier. If you need a seat, state the child's age and weight when booking or message us in advance so it can be arranged.
