Important information

The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Pets: cats and dogs weighing up to 10 kg are allowed. The first night is charged RUB 5000.00, the subsequent nights are charged RUB 1000.00 per night. The cost is calculated per animal.

Registration fee for foreign citizens: RUB 450.00.

When checking in, Russian citizens must provide Russian passports (not foreign ones) of all arriving guests.

The following services must be booked in advance: massages and SPA treatments. The hotel will accept your treatment booking if requested in advance. The hotel's contact details are on the booking confirmation.

Children under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay at the hotel.

To stay in a guest room, a person should check in at the hotel.
