The property undergoes renovation works and is currently unable to accommodate room bookings. The lagoon and marina skyline view villas remain open and available for booking, with access to the beach, while Talise Ottoman Spa and the tennis court also remain available for guests.
Hotel dining venues are temporarily closed. Guests can order food and drinks to their villa.
Guests with existing or upcoming room bookings will be relocated to Jumeirah Beach Hotel at the same rate.
The complete renovation program is scheduled to be completed by the end of November 2026, while the resort will be fully operational throughout the entire period of phased work.
