How much is a transfer from Tbilisi Airport to the city?+
A fixed price is calculated when you order: economy class from 5 900 ₽ to Tbilisi (17 km, about 30 min); suburb and intercity destinations have their own zone rates. The price includes 60 minutes of free waiting after landing and a name-sign meeting.
Where does the driver meet me at Tbilisi Airport?+
At the arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name. Give us the flight number: we track the flight and the driver adjusts to delays — you pay nothing extra for a late arrival.
What if my flight is delayed or cancelled?+
Waiting after the actual landing is free for 60 minutes; if the flight is cancelled you can reschedule the transfer or cancel free of charge until the pickup time.
How do I pay?+
By card, from your Sales.Travel account balance or by invoice for companies. Payment on the spot to the driver is available for most routes — choose it in the order form.
Can I order a child seat, a minivan or a business car?+
Yes — Economy, Comfort+, Business, VIP Minivan. A child seat is free in business class and minivans; in economy and comfort it costs 300 ₽. Specify children’s ages in the order.
