Villa Mr. Pinky. Boutique-Hotel is located in Saint Petersburg, in the historical district of Kolomna, in a 19th-century tenement house, where Albert Lischke launched the first production of railway forms in the Russian Empire. Nearby are Semimostye, New Holland, the Mariinsky Theatre, Aleksander Blok's apartment and other cultural locations.

The boutique hotel occupies 5 floors of the building. On the first floor there is the restaurant-bar Mr. Pinky with 24-hour access for hotel guests and the boutique barbershop Cut-ok. On the third and fourth floors there is the Onoma SPA laboratory with wellness rituals based on bioactive formulas. The boutique hotel features high-speed Wi-Fi and wired internet, a room for up to 40 guests for private events, leather and fine wood furniture, and contemporary art in the rooms and common areas.
