1. Acceptance of Terms
By using sales.travel, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service. The Terms may be updated; the current version is always available on this page.
2. Description of Services
Sales.Travel provides an online platform for searching and booking travel services: tours, flights, hotels, apartments, car rentals, and related services. We act as an intermediary between the client and service providers (airlines, hotels, tour operators).
3. Account
Access to certain platform features requires registration with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and the confidentiality of your credentials. All actions performed under your account are deemed to have been performed by you.
4. Payment and Pricing
1. All prices on the platform are stated in Russian Rubles (RUB) and include applicable taxes and fees unless otherwise indicated. 2. We accept payment by bank card, via SBP (Faster Payments System), and other methods listed on the website. 3. A price is considered confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation and full payment. 4. Sales.Travel bears no responsibility for currency fluctuations when paying with cards issued by foreign banks.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Full cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Public Offer available at /oferta. The availability and amount of any refund are governed by the fare rules of the respective airlines, hotels, and tour operators. In cases of force majeure, the applicable law of the Russian Federation applies.
6. Intellectual Property
All website materials — texts, images, logos, design, and source code — belong to Sales Travel LLC or are used under licenses from the respective rights holders. Copying, reproduction, and distribution of any materials without prior written permission is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
The platform bears no liability for the quality of services provided by third parties, force majeure events, visa refusals, flight delays or cancellations. The maximum liability of Sales.Travel to a client is limited to the value of the paid booking.
8. Governing Law and Contact
