Port Olkhon Art Hotel is located on Olkhon. This is the only hotel on the island with open access to the first coastline. Location - the territory of the former Rybzavod - is the main exit to Baikal from the village.

According to the official schedule, the ferry crossing is closed from January 1 to May 1. Approximately from February 15 to the end of March, the ice crossing to the island opens, and during the time ice freezes, transportation to the island is carried out on a Hivus hovercraft.
