Ski Village Ноtel is a hotel complex of 15 cottages, compactly located in the lower part of the mountain Olympic village, at an altitude of 1100 m.
The hotel is suitable for a secluded family holiday, a trip with a large group or for those who prefer to stay with a small number of neighbors. Breakfasts purchased in the tariff with accommodation are served in Cafe #28, which is within walking distance from any of the cottages. Paid parking is also located within walking distance.
139 rooms are available for booking. Guests are offered: 6 categories of rooms in a modern configuration - from the compact "Standard" to the two-room "Family", club floors with private access for guests, consisting of three superior rooms, which are united by a living room with a kitchenette and an exit to the terrace, entire cottages with a capacity of up to 30 people. All rooms have a choice of single or double beds, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, TV and telephone, and free Wi-Fi. On the ground floor of each cottage there is a common living room with upholstered furniture, a microwave oven and a multicooker. In the hallway there is a dryer for ski equipment and racks for storing skis and snowboards.

Important information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

For guests of the hotel until 09/01/2026, complimentary morning yoga sessions with an instructor are available. The sessions are included in the accommodation price and take place from Wednesday to Sunday at 08:30 AM. The current schedule can be checked at the reception desk.
Additional evening group yoga classes are available. The participation fee is RUB 1000.00 per person.
Guests can also visit the Aquapik thermal complex, located at 2 Victoria Square, which offers a heated outdoor pool on a panoramic terrace and a Finnish sauna with panoramic glazing.
For guests from 06/01/2026 to 06/19/2026 and from 10/20/2026 to 12/20/2026, daily complimentary access to the thermal complex for 2 hours is provided.
From 06/20/2026 to 10/19/2026 and from 12/21/2026 to 03/31/2027, 1 complimentary 2-hour visit to the thermal complex is provided per stay.
A birth certificate is required for guests under the age of 14.
Guests can also get there by private transport or taxi.
Starting from 05/01/2026, the ticket price for climbing the Olympia cable car on the Rosa Dolina — Gornaya Olympic Village route (560 m — 1100 m) has been changed for guests staying in hotels of the Gornaya Olympic Village:
The cost of an adult ticket or a child over 15 years old is RUB 100.00;
The cost of a children's ticket for children from 7 to 14 years old inclusive is RUB 50.00.
The ticket is valid for an unlimited number of ascents and descents on the Olympia cable car per day during the guest's stay at the hotel.
Guests can check the cable car schedule with the hotel staff, contact information is provided on the booking confirmation.
Guests have access to Rosa Khutor Beach. On the beach: sun beds under a shaded canopy, umbrellas and bungalows, recreation facilities for people with limited mobility, comfortable changing rooms and showers, a playground, SPA areas. There is a rental and sale of beach accessories, a summer cafe and a fresh bar with ottomans, a SUP-surfing point, catamarans, and a dive center.
From 06/01/2026, a shuttle service runs to and from the sea beach. It operates daily and departs twice a day.
Accommodation with a pet is limited in size and must be agreed with the hotel in advance.
