28 Hotel is located at an altitude of 1100 m on the territory of the Mountain Olympic Village of Rosa Khutor resort. Free parking is available within walking distance from the hotel. There is free parking for cars at the entrance to the Olympic Mountain Village (in front of the checkpoint), hotel guests can park their car in this parking lot. The distance from the parking lot at the KKP to the hotel is about 450-500 m.
The cafe on the ground floor serves breakfast, lunch and dinner according to the buffet system. Hotel services: pillow menu, rental of conference rooms and event equipment, self-service laundry, ski room with equipment dryers, transfer from the hotel to the cable cars (in winter season), rental of a gazebo with barbecue. Pets are allowed at the hotel (for an additional fee).

From 05/01/2026, the ticket prices for the Olimpiya cable car on the route Roza Dolina — Gornaya Olimpiyskaya Derevnya, from 560 m to 1100 m, for guests staying in hotels of Gornaya Olimpiyskaya Derevnya have been changed:
The price of an adult ticket or a ticket for a child aged 15 and older is RUB 100.00.
The price of a child ticket for children aged 7 to 14 inclusive is RUB 50.00.
The ticket is valid for an unlimited number of ascents and descents on the Olimpiya cable car for each day of the guest’s stay at the hotel.

Guests have access to the Roza Khutor beach. The beach features sun loungers under shade canopies, umbrellas and bungalows, infrastructure for guests with reduced mobility, changing rooms and showers, a children’s playground, and spa areas. Beach accessories are available for rent and purchase. There is also a summer cafe, a fresh juice bar with bean bags, a SUP surfing point, catamarans, and a diving centre.
From 06/01/2026, a shuttle service to and from the beach operates daily with two departures per day.
Accommodation with a pet is limited in size and must be agreed with the hotel in advance.
